Meso-scale modelling of the thermo-mechanical response for concrete with complex-shaped aggregates in early age

چکیده
Self-restraint stress produced in early age is a matter of interest associated with cracking concrete. Mesoscopic modelling nowadays one the effective approaches to investigate internal stresses, deformation, damage concrete at much smaller scale. However, grid discretization and mesoscopic properties calibration are still challenging issues that prevent fast pre-processing require extremely dense meshes for accurate solutions. In this paper, thermo-mechanical model required only regular-element proposed by developing diffuse meshing technique analyze evolution self-restraint stress. Cross-scale numerical validations carried out calibrate parameters, along verifying feasibility model. Furthermore, effect simplified aggregate mesostructure on behavior evaluated through comparisons results obtained considering complex-shaped using element The show mismatch between different components main reason producing stress, meso-structure have nonnegligible influence global response or local behavior.
